Senior Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading estate agency brand to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for one of their successful North London offices, offering a £55k OTE in your first year.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be working alongside the Sales Manager to ensure the continued success of the department, negotiating sales, dealing with sales progression and assisting with market appraisals when needed.

Responsibilities:
* Senior Sales Negotiator
* Registering applicants, discussing their requirements and arranging property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreeing new sales
* Conducting sales progression
* Market Appraisals
* Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses

Experience/skills required:
* 2 years + experience in a property sales role
* Driving licence and own car
* Great communication skills
* Professional and well presented
* Looking for a long-term career in property

Package/benefits:
* £25k basic salary pa.
* 10% commission on sales
* £250 per month car allowance
* Working 5 days per week (Including alternate Saturdays)
* 28 days holidays including bank holidays
* Company training
