Lettings Manager

EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, an independent agency with offices covering North London to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their fast-paced busy Lettings department.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in leading a lettings team, conducting valuations and a thorough knowledge in the lettings process.

The role offers a generous £35k - £40k basic salary and a £70k OTE!

Responsibilities:
• Lettings Manager
• Managing the team of lettings negotiators
• Conducting Valuations and bringing new instructions to the market
• Ensuring all compliance and lettings regulations are met
• Overseeing lettings through to move in
• Reviewing team performance and setting targets
• Building strong relationships with landlords and local businesses
• Training and development

Experience/skills required:
• Preferably ARLA qualified
• Experience leading a lettings team
• Track record of generating instructions
• Driving licence is essential
• A thorough knowledge of the Lettings Process

Package/Benefits:
• £35k - £40k basic salary pa.
• £70k OTE
• A lucrative commission structure based on department and personal commission: lettings department override 5% - 8.5%, instructions: 7.5% - 15%
• Up to £500 per month bonuses
• 28 days holidays including bank holidays
• Company car – Audi A5
• Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm / Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm / Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (alternate Saturdays)
