Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency with offices covering East and South East London to recruit an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their office based in East London.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both Sales and Lettings and be confident in attending property valuations, the role offers a pooled team commission structure and the opportunity to progress to Assistant Manager in the future.

The role offers a realistic £60k OTE and interviews are taking place now!

Responsibilities:
* Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator
* Liaising with applicants, discussing their requirements and arranging viewings
* Negotiating offers for lettings and sales
* Agreeing sales and new tenancies
* Conducting sales progression
* Conducting market appraisals
* Working closely with the team to achieve targets
* Keeping clients updated on the marketing and feedback for their property

Duties/Skills required:
* 3 years + experience in a Senior Negotiator role
* Experience in property sales and lettings
* Experience in conducting valuations
* Driving licence and own car
* Driven, proactive and ambitious

Package/benefits:
* £60k OTE
* £25k basic salary pa.
* Plus pooled commission
* £400 per month car allowance
* Working hours: - Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm / Monday, Wednesday: 9:00am - 6:30pm / Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm / Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays/ an additional days holiday for every year worked up to a maximum of 10 days
