Sales & Letting Administrator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading estate agency brand based in South East London to recruit a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join their busy team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales & Lettings Administrator to join an established, friendly team and enjoy a long-term stable role.
Interviewing now and offering a £30,000 salary pa.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Write up and upload property details and marketing materials to online portals
• Arrange professional photography and floor plans for new listings
• Prepare documents such as memorandums of sale, offer letters, and terms of business
• Keep window displays updated with current properties
• Organise marketing material, update the website, and schedule engaging social media posts
• Maintaining records on the CRM system
• Answer phone calls and emails, greet clients in the office, and manage general inquiries.
• Register new applicants and manage client information in a CRM system
• Provide administrative support for sales progress, including communication with solicitors and clients
• Provide administrative support for lettings process, including tenancy administration, booking check in’s, check out’s & safety certificates
• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as identity, anti-money laundering checks & due diligence
• Organize and track property keys
• Process office invoices and manage payments

Your Skills and Experience:
• You have previous experience in a Property Administration role
• ARLA qualification (desirable)
• You are detail-orientated and thrive in a high-volume environment
• Inquisitive nature with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Experience in cross-checking data across multiple systems
• You enjoy working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can-do attitude to the team
• You are exceptionally organised and thrive on maintaining precision in all aspects of your work
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office

Package:
• £30,000 salary pa.
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 6.00pm, Fridays 8.45am – 5.00pm
