Senior Sales Negotiator
EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, one of South West London’s leading independent estate agencies which has been established over thirty years to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be dealing with applicants looking to buy property, conducting viewings and negotiating offers with a view to achieving the best outcome and a smooth process for their clients.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a desire to build a career in the property industry.
The opportunity offers a £24k basic salary and a realistic £64k on target earnings with company car or car allowance.

The role:
• Senior Sales Negotiator
• Registering new applicants for Sales and identifying their specific requirements
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Providing regular updates and feedback to vendors and landlords
• Conducting valuations
• Conducting sales progression
• Working closely with the team to achieve office targets
Experience/skills required:
• 3 years + experience working in a Sales Negotiator role
• Clean driving licence
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working and confident
• Great communication skills
• Looking for a long-term career
Package/Working hours:
• £24k basic salary per annum
• £64k On target earnings
• Personal Bonus scheme available
• Company car or car allowance of £3k per annum
• Working five days a week, inclusive of every Saturday with a day off during the week. The hours are; Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm, 9am to 4pm Saturday.
• 20 days annual leave, plus closed all bank holidays (8 days) and an extra days leave given at Christmas.
