Administrator/Assistant Property Manager
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a forward thinking boutique estate agency covering Prime Central London to recruit an Administrator/Property Management Assistant to join their experienced team.
In this role you would be working closely with the sales and lettings team to provide administrative support including lettings documentation, updating records, dealing with enquiries and property management tasks for a small portfolio of 20 properties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar Lettings Administration role, have professionalism and more importantly be looking for a long-term career with a growing company.
Duties:
• Dealing with Lettings Administration
• Dealing with sales administration
• Managing a portfolio of 20 properties (including maintenance, compliance and daily tasks)
• Dealing with and distributing email enquiries
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Arranging viewings and managing the diary
Experience/skills required:
• Experience within a lettings administration role is essential
• Knowledge of the lettings regulations
• Confident with good communication skills
• IT proficient
• Focused on building a career within property
Benefits/package:
• £30k - £35k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Opportunity to obtain your ARLA qualifications
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Fridays 9.30am – 4.30pm
• Opportunity for some hybrid working
