Sales & Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independently owned estate agency which has been covering Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair for almost 30 years. Our client has established long standing relationships with their clients and have enjoyed many years of repeat business. Specialising in Sales, Lettings and Property Management dealing with properties ranging from £500k up to £50 million.

We are recruiting a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team in continuing to ensure the highest levels of expertise and service are delivered to their clients.
The ideal candidate for this Sales & Lettings role would have the ability to converse with clients of high net worth, a professional and positive attitude and looking for their next long-term role in their career. Earning potential circa £60k + OTE pa.

The role:
* Sales & Lettings Negotiator
* Dealing with property sales and lettings (conducting viewings, negotiating offers)
* Identifying opportunities to generate new business
* Working closely with the Managing Director to achieve long term company objectives
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
* Keeping clients updated at all times on the progress and marketing of their property
* Sales Progression; liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers to ensure sales complete
* Assisting with advertising and marketing campaigns

Experience/skills required:
* Experience within estate agency
* Experience of conducting sales progression would be beneficial
* Ability to deal with High-net-worth clients
* Excellent communication skills
* Natural leadership qualities
* Calm and organised

Package/benefits:
* £25k - £30k basic salary (negotiable depending on level of experience)
* Generous commission structure
* Annual bonus
* £60k + on target earnings per annum
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm, every other Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
