Sales & Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading estate agency brand to recruit an entry level Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join one of their leading offices based in Dulwich.

The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer service, be confident and a good listener with drive to train and succeed.

Offering a £25k - £30k salary plus monthly performance bonuses. Interviewing now!

Responsibilities:
* Sales & Lettings Negotiator
* Dealing with new enquiries, registering applicants and discussing their requirements
* Arranging and accompanying property viewings
* Negotiating offers for rent and sales
* Keeping vendors and landlords updated on the marketing and feedback for their property
* Working closely with the team to achieve targets

Experience/skills required:
* Driving licence is essential
* Experience working in a customer service or sales based role
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication skills

Package/benefits:
* £25k - £30k salary pa.
* Monthly bonuses paid in relation to performance and banking
* Estimated £45k - £50k OTE
* Company car
* Working Hours: Monday 8am - 7.00pm, Tuesday to Friday 8.35am - 7.00pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4.30pm.
