Head of Property Management

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent family run estate agency which has been established for over 100 years, to recruit a Head of Property Management to work within their fantastic team.

As the Head of Property Management you will be overseeing the Property Management team to ensure /assist with the smooth running of the department.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience within residential Property Management and have experience in managing a PM team, enjoy dealing with clients and giving excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Head of Property Management
• Staff training, conducting appraisals and reviews, working closely with the Directors
• All lettings admin duties up to and including move in
• ASTs
• Deposit registrations/returns/disputes
• Renewals
• Section 21, 13 and 8
• Registering applicants, arranging viewings
• Producing marketing materials for new instructions
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Updating the CRM systems

Experience/skills required:
• 5 years + experience in a residential Property management based role
• Experience of managing a property management team
• Preferably ARLA qualified
• Highly customer service focused
• Attention detail
• Problem solving capabilities
• Organised and conscientious
• Preferred knowledge of Goodlord, Fixflo and Alto (however training can be provided)
• Driving licence and own car would be beneficial
• Excellent standard of written and verbal English

Benefits/package:
• £42k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Plus annual two bonuses

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
