Senior Property Manager, £35K salary pa

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a well-established independent estate agency covering Bayswater, Maida Vale, St Johns Wood and the surrounding areas.

We are recruiting a Senior Property Manager to join the team managing portfolio of over 350 properties, helping to support and assist a Property Manager and help to build on their success.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Senior Property Manager
• Working within a team of 2 responsible for a portfolio of over 350 properties
• Dealing with all aspects of maintenance (including contractors)
• Ensuring compliance is met
• EPCs, Gas Safety Certs, EICRs
• Renewals
• Amendments to tenancies
• Inspections
• Dealing with complaints/issues
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Working closely with the lettings manager and Director to achieve business objectives and targets

Experience/skills required:
• 3 years + experience Property Management position
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of property management
• Preferably ARLA trained
• Ability to multi-task
• Calm and professional demeaner


Package/Benefits:
• £35k + salary pa.
• Opportunity to achieve bonus/come commissions
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 6.00pm
