Junior Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an East London based independent Estate Agency with a strong market share which has built on honesty, integrity and always putting their clients first. We are recruiting a Junior Sales Negotiator to join the existing team.

The role:
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries via internet marketing, telephone, emails.
* Registering new applicants, discussing their requirements and identifying suitable properties
* Arranging and accompanying property viewings
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Assisting with sales progression
* Identifying opportunities to generate new business
* Keeping vendors up to date with the progress of the marketing of their property
* Working closely with the team to achieve office targets

The Requirements:
* Experience working in property sales would be beneficial but not essential
* Ability to build rapport with good listening skills
* Must be driven and ambitious and have a professional approach
* Confident with good communication skills

The Package/Benefits:
* £20k - £25k basic salary plus commission
* No need for use of a car but pool car available
* £50k + on target earnings
* Opportunity to progress within the company
* Obtain your ARLA training
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, every Saturday 10am - 4pm (Receive a full day off every week taken Tuesday to Thursdays)
