EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency covering East London and Essex to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their established office in East London working alongside another Property Manager.
Interviewing now and open to candidates of all levels of property management AND lettings experience, offering £30k to £40k salary pa (depending on experience).

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a residential lettings portfolio, including:
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Handling referencing and move in process
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Managing tenancy renewals, extensions and rent reviews
• Conducting property inspections and overseeing check-ins and check-outs
• Handling deposits, dilapidations and tenancy-related issues
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain fully compliant
• Resolving more complex or escalated landlord and tenant matters

Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Property Management or Lettings role required
• Driving licence would be beneficial
• Professional, organised and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills and customer service focused
Package/working hours:
• £30k - £40k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Driving licence would be beneficial
• 28 days holidays including Bank holidays
