Senior Sales Negotiator
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an award winning property consultancy with offices based in London and overseas to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy sales department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a property sales role within London, be a confident and energetic negotiator with a strong track record in sales.
This role offers a £55k OTE and the opportunity to work in a company with strong stock levels dealing with properties from £250k up to £10m.

Duties include -
* Sales Negotiator
* Dealing with enquiries from applicants, registering their details
* Arranging and accompanying property viewings
* Keeping vendors updated on the feedback and marketing for their property
* Conducting sales progression through to completion
* Working closely with the management team to achieve performance targets
* Identify opportunities to generate new business
Experience/skills required:
* At least 2 years experience working within a Sales Negotiator role
* Natural sales ability
* Professional and well presented
* Target driven and ambitious
Package/benefits:
* £25k - £27k basic salary pa.
* £55k OTE
* Plus 10% commission on your personal sales
* Quarterly and annual bonus structure
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 10.00am - 4.00pm (receive a half day off during the week for working Saturday)
