Lettings/Sales Lister

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate and management company based in Surrey Quays to recruit a Lettings/Sales Lister to join their team.
As the Lettings/Sales Lister you will be fully focused on generating instructions for the team of negotiators, networking with investors, landlords and local businesses to build contacts.
Experience working within estate agency and a strong track record of conducting market appraisals is essential. The role offers a £50k OTE and the opportunity to work in a salesy, driven team.

The role –
• Lettings / Sales Lister
• Conducting sales and lettings valuations
• Generating new instructions
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Liaising with vendors, landlords, investors and businesses
• Working closely with the negotiators
• Offering a high level of customer service and advice to clients

Experience/skills required –
• Experience in an Estate Agency role with specific experience in generating new instructions
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural sales driven
• Great work ethic
• Driving licence and car

Package/benefits –
• £25k basic salary pa.
• Plus commissions paid on your instructions once they have been let/sold
• Circa £50k OTE
• Monthly car allowance
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30 – 6.30, Fridays 9.30 – 6.00, ONLY work 1 in 5 Saturdays
• Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays
