Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, an independent agency with offices covering North/NW London to recruit a Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their highly experienced team.

As a Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator you will be dealing with predominantly residential property sales and assist with Lettings when necessary. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and professional individual who can become an asset to the company by assisting with generating instructions alongside dealing with the negotiations and agreeing deals.

Responsibilities:
• Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator
• Registering applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new sales
• Conducting Sales Progression
• Conducting valuations and generating instructions
• Generating leads for new business
• Assisting with Lettings when required
• Working closely with the directors to achieve company goals/objectives
• Building strong relationships with landlords, investors and local businesses

Experience/skills required:
• Experience working within residential property sales
• Experience in valuations and generating instructions
• Driving licence and own car
• Professional, confident with a proactive work ethic
• Driven and ambitious – keen to build a career in property long-term

Package/benefits:
• £25k - £35k basic salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Plus commissions
• £50k - £60k OTE
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm (Saturdays are by appointment only)
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
