Property Manager

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent property covering Central London to recruit a Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager you will be managing a portfolio of 80 properties dealing with all aspects of day to day management.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience working in a property management based role and be focused on building a long-term role.


Responsibilities:
* Property Manager
* Dealing with maintenance both planned and reactive
* Compliance
* Ensuring EPCs, Gas safety Certs, EICRs and up to date
* Inspections
* Renewals
* Chasing rent arrears/rent collections
* General administration
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Identifying opportunities to generate new business

Experience/skills required:
* £40k - £45k OTE
* £25k - £30k salary pa.
* Plus 10% commission on management fees
* Referral bonuses available

Package/benefits:

* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
