Lettings Manager - Central London
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a luxury property consultancy dealing with Prime Central London offering a truly bespoke service for their clients in residential lettings and sales.
We are recruiting a Lettings Manager to join the consultancy at this key time in the business where you can be instrumental in helping to build the brand and building on the current success in the business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to step up to a management role with experience working within Prime Central London.
The role offers many benefits including hybrid working, lucrative commission and a generous basic salary up to £40k!

The role:
• Lettings Manager
• Dealing with lettings enquiries
• Arranging and Accompanying viewings
• Conducting Lettings Valuations and generating instructions
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Building relationships with landlords, businesses and investors
• Working with the director to help build the brand
• Managing the team
• Managing and overseeing Lettings compliance/regulations
Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings role within Prime Central London
• Must have ability to generate new instructions
• ARLA qualification is essential
• Outgoing, confident and driven
• Highly customer service focused
Benefits/package:
• £35k - £40k basic salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• £70k - £90k OTE in year 1
• Commissions paid on lettings banking
• Instruction bonus
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Fridays 9.30am – 4.30pm
