Trainee Lettings Negotiator - West London

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency established for over 25 years covering the areas of West and Central London to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate for this Trainee Lettings Negotiator role will be a graduate keen to kick start their property career or someone with experience working in a fast paced targeted sales role. An outgoing, positive personality and a driving licence is essential for the role. Interviews are taking place now!

The role:
• Trainee Lettings Negotiator
• Work closely with the lettings manager
• Dealing with new enquiries
• Registering new applicants, identifying their needs and discussing suitable properties
• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Negotiating offers to rent, obtaining all necessary paperwork and signing tenancy agreements
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow the department
• Offering excellent levels of customer service to both tenants and landlords

Skills/experience required:
• Open to graduates or individuals with experience working in a fast paced professional sales environment
• Driving licence
• Great communication skills
• Organisational skills
• Energetic team player

Benefits/package:
• £22k basic salary pa.
• Plus 10% commission paid on lettings
• £35k + OTE
• Pool car
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 3.00pm
• Holidays (28 days including bank holidays)
