Sales Manager

EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, a leading West London based local independent Estate Agency for a crucial role within their sales department. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who is ready and looking for a step up to a Sales Manager position to oversee and build the department to the next level.
As the Sales Manager you will be working with a team of two highly professional experienced Sales Negotiators with a solid track record of achieving their personal targets dealing with a mix of new build and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have natural leadership and sales abilities and experience in generating new instructions.

The role:
• Sales Manager
• Overseeing a team of two Sales Negotiators
• Conducting market appraisals
• Bringing new sales instructions to the market
• Assisting negotiators in dealing with difficult negotiations
• Keeping vendors updated at all times regarding the marketing of their property
• Conducting regular team meetings, performance reviews and appraisals
• Property viewings and closing sales
• Training and coaching
• Working closely with the Directors to achieve department objectives
• Offering a high level of service to all clients
• Canvassing and generating marketing campaigns for the local area
• Conducting sales progression

Experience/Skills required:
• 4 years’ + experience in a property sales role
• Strong track record of conducting market appraisals and generating instructions
• Experience in conducting sales progression
• Natural leadership qualities
• Confident, articulate, people person
• Ambitious, lots of energy and drive
• Driving licence and own car

Package/Benefits:
• £30k basic salary per annum
• £3000 car allowance per annum
• 10% on any of your instructions that are banked income
• 5% commission on your negotiators sales
• £100 for any completed mortgage referral
• £200 per referral for relocations clients
• £60k - £70k on target earnings pa.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:50am – 6:00pm
