Sales/Lettings Negotiator (No weekends)

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a well-established independent estate agency which has built a large loyal client base within North West London.
We are recruiting a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their experienced team, the ideal candidate will have experience in both sales and lettings, however, a Sales Negotiator keen to move into a dual role and learn the lettings side of the business will also be suitable.
The role offers a great working schedule consisting of Monday to Friday working with viewings by appointment only at the weekend.
Offering a realistic £60k OTE and working within a very friendly and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
• Sales/Lettings Negotiator
• Liaising with applicants, identifying their requirements and discussing suitable properties
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers for rentals and sales
• Agreeing terms for new tenancies
• Agreeing property sales
• Building strong relationships with clients and keeping them updated on all aspects of the marketing of their property
• Sales progression: liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers through to completion
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Conducting property valuations
• Working closely with the team to achieve company objectives

Skills/Experience required:
• 3 years’ experience working within Sales/lettings
• Professional, customer service approach
• Great communication skills
• Driving licence and own car required
• Experience using Domus or a similar CRM would be beneficial

Package/benefits:
• £60k OTE
• £30k basic salary pa.
• 10% - 13% commission
• Petrol allowance and phone allowance
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Fridays 9.00am – 6.00pm in summer months/ finish early on Fridays in winter months (No weekends – viewings by appointment only)
