Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a market leading estate agency based in West London to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer for an immediate start!
The ideal candidate will have experience working in estate agency, have excellent ability conducting market appraisals and the ability to give excellent service to the clients.

The role/responsibilities:
* Dealing with Property Sales
* Conducting market appraisals and generating new instructions
* Registering new applicants, identifying their specific requirements and discussing suitable properties
* Arranging and accompanying property viewings
* Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
* Keeping vendors updated on the progress and marketing of their property
* Agreeing new sales
* Working closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth running of the department
* Working to personal/team performance targets
* Conducting sales when required (training can be provided)
* Ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times
* Making referrals for financial services, sales and relocations when applicable
Experience/ Skills Required:
* Experience in a Senior Sales Negotiator role
* Experience conducting valuations
* Confident, professionalism and team player
* Driving licence and own car
* Great communication skills, positivity and work ethic
Package/Benefits:
*£30,000 basic salary plus Commission
* £60K On Target Earnings per annum
* Commission paid at 8% on new instructions sold
* Commission paid at 8% on sales
* £3k Car allowance pa.
* Opportunity to earn extra commissions through referrals and boost your income further (£100 per successful referral)
* Immediate start available
* Opportunity to obtain or continue your ARLA
* Working hours: (5 day week) Monday to Friday 8:40am - 6:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 3:00pm / an allotted day off once per week to be taken Monday to Friday)
