EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a multi-office independent estate agency with offices in London and overseas to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience working within a Lettings Administration role, be organised and keen to secure a long-term role.

Key responsibilities:
* Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
* Submitting insurance claims
* Arranging photographs and floor plans
* Arranging check outs
* Drawing up tenancy agreements
* Referencing new tenants
* Booking check ins and outs
* Helping out the negotiators with admin duties
* Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
Experience/skills required:
* Experience working within Lettings Administration
* Must have excellent organisational skills
* Be able to prioritise
* Like to be kept on your feet
* Can-do, positive attitude
* Be able to work in a very fast paced environment
* Enjoys supporting a team
* Good Attention to detail
* Positive at all times
Benefits / Working hours:
* £26k - £30k salary pa.
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
