Sales & Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, one of South West London’s leading independent estate agencies which has been established over thirty years to recruit a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving team.

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will be dealing with applicants looking to buy or rent property, conducting viewings and negotiating offers with a view to achieving the best outcome and a smooth process for their clients.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hard-working individual with a desire to build a career in the property industry.

The opportunity offers a £24k basic and a realistic £55,200 on target earnings with company car.

The role:
• Sales & Lettings Negotiator
• Registering new applicants for Sales & Lettings and identifying their specific requirements
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers, agreeing sales and new lets
• Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
• Providing regular updates and feedback to vendors and landlords
• Conducting sales progression
• Working closely with the team to achieve office targets

Experience/skills required:
• 1 years + experience working in a Sales/lettings Negotiator role
• Clean driving licence
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working and confident
• Great communication skills
• Looking for a long-term career

Package/Working hours:
• £24k basic salary per annum
• £55,200 On target earnings
• Personal Bonus available
• Company car or car allowance of £3k per annum
• Annual competition with rewards for top performers including a holiday
• Five day working week: Mon to Thurs 9-7pm, Friday 9-6.30pm and Saturday’s 9-4pm (work every Saturday with a day off during the week)
• 20 days annual leave, plus closed all bank holidays (8 days) and a extra days leave given at Christmas.
