Are you a driven property professional with a proven record of success in London’s most exclusive postcodes?
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Agent to join our prestigious Prime Central London team.
The Role:
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll represent some of the capital’s most desirable homes and work with an elite clientele of high-net-worth individuals.

You’ll be responsible for:
Generating and converting new business opportunities
Winning instructions and managing client relationships with discretion and confidence
Delivering outstanding results and service in a competitive, fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in Prime Central London residential sales
? Proven track record of winning new instructions and exceeding targets
? A polished communicator with exceptional networking and negotiation skills
? Self-motivated, energetic, and relentlessly focused on success
? Professional, well-presented, and comfortable dealing with UHNW and international clients

Package/Benefits:
* £60k - £80k OTE
* £30k - £35k basic salary pa.
* Generous commission/bonus structure
* Working Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon to Thursday, Fridays 9.00am - 4.30pm
* NO Saturdays required
* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
