Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a luxury property consultancy dealing with Prime Central London offering a truly bespoke service for their clients in residential lettings and sales.

We are recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join the consultancy at this key time in the business where you can be instrumental in helping to build the brand and building on the current success in the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Prime Central London property sales.

The role offers many benefits including some flexible working, lucrative commission up to 35% and a generous basic salary up range from £25k to £30k.

The role:
• Sales Negotiator
• Dealing with sales enquiries
• Arranging and Accompanying viewings
• Conducting Valuations and generating instructions
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Building relationships with landlords, businesses and investors
• Working with the director to help build the brand
• Ensuring AML is correct
• Agreeing new sales
• Conducting Sales Progression


Experience/skills required:
• Experience working within a Sales Negotiator role within Central London
• Preferably ARLA/NFoPP trained
• Outgoing, confident and driven
• Highly customer service focused

Benefits/package:
• £25k - £30k basic salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Plus commissions on deals and listings
• Commission paid at 10% up to £150k, £150k - £200k is 20%, over £200k is 25%
• £70k OTE
• Opportunity for some hybrid working
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 5.30pm, Fridays 9.30am – 4.30pm
