Assistant Sales Manager
EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, one of South West London’s leading independent estate agencies which has been established over thirty years to recruit an Assistant Sales Manager to join their thriving team.
As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be working closely with the Branch Manager and the team to achieve department performance targets, conducting valuations and winning instructions, negotiating sales.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, hard-working individual who is focused on their career in the property industry.
The opportunity offers a £27k basic salary and a realistic £60k on target earnings with company car or car allowance.

The role:
• Assistant Sales Manager
• Support the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Contribute to maintaining the company's excellent reputation and strong local presence.
Experience/skills required:
• Proven track record in property sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property and people.
• Full UK driving licence
Package/working hours:
• £60k OTE
• £27k basic salary pa. plus 10% commissions
• Company car or car allowance
• Five-day working week: Monday to Friday, 9am–6:30pm, and every Saturday, 9am–4pm (with one fixed day off during the week).
• Closed on Sundays.
• 20 days annual leave, all Bank Holidays off, plus additional time off over the festive period.
• Training provided on our CRM system, Vebra Alto.
