Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly regarded estate agency brand with offices covering London to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join one of their successful West London based offices.
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is keen to work with a company where they can have a long-term, lucrative career with opportunities for growth available.

This role offers a genuine £45k + OTE in year 1 and the chance to work with a dynamic and forward- thinking team and Directors.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Lettings Negotiator
• Dealing with new lettings enquiries, registering new applicants and discussing their requirements
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Dealing with offers, negotiating and agreeing new tenancies
• Conducting lettings progression through to successful move in
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Prospecting for new clients and Lettings Valuations
• Working closely with the team to achieve department objectives
• Ensuring that a high level of customer service is achieved
• Obtain ARLA training if not already completed

Experience/skills required:
• Experience working within a Lettings Negotiator role, preferably within West London
• Driving licence
• Thorough understanding of the lettings process and lettings progression
• Must be confident, out going with a positive attitude
• Focused on a career within property
• Ability to deal with a broad spectrum of the public
• Self-motivated

Package/Benefits:
• £45k + OTE
• £18k - £20k basic salary per annum
• 10% commission on your personal deals
• 5% commission on any instructions you have generated the lead for
• £300 per month car allowance if you own and use your vehicle / pool car available to use
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6:00pm/alternative Saturdays (day off during the week if you work on the Saturday)
