Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Our client, one of West London’s leading estate agents which has built a strong reputation within the areas they cover has instructed us to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

The role:
• Dealing with potential tenants, identifying their requirements and arranging viewings
• Accompanying property viewings and dealing with feedback
• Keeping the landlords updated on the marketing of their property and the general market
• Qualifying offers, negotiating and agreeing lets
• Dealing with all general enquiries
• Working closely with the branch manager specifically towards performance targets
• Providing the highest level of customer service

The requirements:
• Experience working within a professional environment, ideally in a client facing role
• Well-spoken and well presented
• Self-motivated with great work ethic
• Driving licence and own car

The benefits/package:
• £33,750 OTE in year 1
• £18k basic salary pa. plus 10% commissions
• £25K guaranteed salary for the first 3 months during training
• Financial bonus of £1,500 pa.
• Receive full training on the lettings role
• ARLA training provided

Working hours:

8:45am – 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:45am - 6pm on Fridays
Working alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4pm (get 1 day off in lieu for every Saturday that you work)
