Sales & Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a reputable independent estate agency covering South West and West London to recruit a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a team with over 25 years of experience in residential sales, lettings and management.

This is a position for a full-time (office based) Sales & Lettings Negotiator role located in Battersea. The Property Consultant will be responsible for the ‘Front of House Team’, being customer facing and undertaking Lettings and Sales.
This will involve conducting valuations, viewings, (with all the associated paperwork for tenancy agreements, memorandum of sales, and compliance) winning instructions, communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service and working within Chelsea, Pimlico, Battersea, Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Clapham and surrounding areas.

Skills/experience required:
• 2 + years’ experience in Lettings & Sales
• ARLA training would be beneficial
• Proactive and a team player
• Naturally sociable and confident
• Located close to the Battersea office

Package/Benefits:
• £35k basic salary
• £51k + OTE
• Commissions: Lettings – 10% for new instructions, 10% for the lettings deal (capped at 12 months term) / Sales: 10% for new instructions, 10% for the sales deal
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 3.00pm
• 28 days holiday including bank holidays
• Mileage allowance and a parking permit provided
