Property Management Assistant (1 day wfh per week)
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a very well-established independent estate agency based in Battersea to recruit a Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or Lettings Administration, be highly organised, have a good work ethic and be client focused.
Once settled into the role and after a period of training you will be responsible for a portfolio of approx. 90-100 properties. Dealing with day-to-day issues and requirements to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities:
• Property Manager
• Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Dealing with emergency and planned repair works
• Ensuring Gas safety certs, EICR, EPCs are up to date
• Property Inspections
• Check in/Check outs
• Deposit returns
• Administration
• Regular contact with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Chasing rent arrears
Experience/skills required:
• Experience in either Property Management or Lettings Administration required
• Driving licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload when busy
• Confident and calm demeanour
• Customer service focused
• IT proficient
Package/benefits:
• Up to £28k salary pa. (negotiable depending on experience)
• Working hours: 9.15am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9.15am – 5pm Friday
• One day per week WFH (after probation period)
