Lettings Portfolio Manager, NW London - Hybrid working
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent property company to recruit a friendly, experienced, and highly organised Lettings & Portfolio Manager. With a growing portfolio of quality homes across North West London and Hertfordshire, working for a company that prides themselves on delivering a genuinely personal, professional service.
This is a key role, managing their current lettings portfolio of 30+ properties while helping to grow it further. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and be trusted with a wide range of responsibilities, from valuations and listings to renewals and relationship management as well as property management elements ensuring property issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Offering £40k - £40k OTE and Hybrid working!
?? Key Responsibilities
• Carrying out property valuations and listings
• Managing the existing tenancy portfolio (currently 32 properties)
• Overseeing renewals, drafting tenancy agreements, and coordinating referencing
• Conducting regular property inspections
• Organising maintenance and repairs when needed
• Providing excellent service to both landlords and tenants
• Assisting in portfolio growth by bringing in new lettings business
? What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the London lettings market
• Ideally ARLA qualified (or working towards it)
• A deep understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance
• A friendly, client-first approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy, varied role
• A confident valuer with a commercial mindset and eye for detail
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle
?? £25,000 basic + commission (relets, renewals & new business bonuses)
* £40k - £50k OTE
* 20% commission on all new business
* 10% commission on relet business
?? Full UK driving license & own car required
