Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a market leading independent estate agents to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their East London based office.

You will be joining a team with stability and a solid track record of achieving great sales figures. This is a fantastic chance for an individual with 12 months + experience in a property sales role to elevate their career with a company that believes in real work/life balance and supporting its staff.

Enabling you to earn a highly lucrative package in the region of £60k OTE + in year 1.

The role:
• Sales Negotiator
• Dealing with enquiries from buyers, identifying their requirements, arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new sales
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Working with the sales progression team
• Keeping vendors updated with the progress/marketing of their property

Sales Negotiator - Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Sales Negotiator role
• Driving licence required
• Must have excellent communication skills and be a team player
• Must be located in East London

Package/Benefits:
• up to £25k basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
• £60k OTE per annum in year 1 (depending on experience)
• Commission structure: Blend of personal and pooled commission:
Personal commission - 8% up to 300k and 12% above £300k
Pooled commission - 2% split between 2 consultants
• Company car or monthly car allowance
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm, work alternate Saturdays 9.30am – 3.00pm
