Lettings Negotiator

Our client, one of West London’s leading estate agents which has built a strong reputation within the areas they cover if looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. If you have solid experience as a Lettings negotiator, have energy, enthusiasm and ambitious enough to want to progress long term then this is the perfect opportunity for you to join an amazing company. The role:
Dealing with potential tenants, identifying their requirements and arranging viewings
Accompanying property viewings and dealing with feedback
Keeping the landlords updated on the marketing of their property and the general market
Qualifying offers, negotiating and agreeing lets
Dealing with all general enquiries
Working closely with the branch manager specifically towards performance targets
Providing the highest level of customer service

The requirements:
1 years + experience as a lettings negotiator
Proven track record of achieving targets
Well-spoken and well presented
Self-motivated with great work ethic
Experienced in the lettings process and regulations

The benefits:
£23k basic including car allowance pa.
£30K guaranteed salary for the first 3 months
12.5% commission
Financial bonus of £2,500 pa.
£49K OTE in year 1
ARLA training provided if required
