Lettings Negotiator - North London

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a long established independent estate agency based in North London to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Negotiator but is also open to entry level candidates.

Offering £35k OTE, interviewing now with an immediate start available!

Role:
* Lettings Negotiator
* Dealing with enquiries; registering new applicants, discussing their requirements and arranging viewings
* Accompanying property viewings
* Negotiating offers to rent
* Agreeing new lettings
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to
* Producing lettings administration
* Working closely with the team to achieve performance targets

Experience/skills required:
* Experience in a lettings negotiator role would be beneficial
* Open to trainees
* Clean driving licence and own car
* Confident, good communication skills and driven

Package/Benefits:
* £18k-£20k basic salary pa.
* Personal commission of 10% on lettings
* £200 per month car allowance
* £35k OTE
