Lettings Negotiator - North London

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent estate agency in North West London to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their well established team.

The benefits of joining this agency are you will be joining the highest google rated agent in their area into a warm seat with a portfolio of 50 rental properties. This means that straight away you will receive commissions from the renewals and property management fees for this portfolio. Plus their generous commission structure of 15% on all new lettings and 10% on renewals for the whole of tenancy period.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years + experience in lettings, be driven and ambitious and highly focused on giving great service to the clients.

Responsibilities:
• Lettings Negotiator
• Dealing with new lettings enquiries
• Registering new applicants, identifying their needs and arranging viewings
• Negotiating offers for rent
• Agreeing new tenancies
• Overseeing a portfolio of 50 properties and organising renewals and new lettings
• Ensuring that lettings compliance is met
• Offering great communication and high levels of service to tenants and landlords

Experience/skills required:
• 1 years + experience in lettings
• Driving licence and own car
• Great communication
• Driven and ambitious
• High level of customer service

Benefits/package:
• £40k OTE
• £23k basic salary pa.
• 15% commission on new lettings
• 10% commission on renewals on new lettings (paid for the whole term of tenancy)
• 10% on renewals and property management commission on a portfolio of 80
• Car Allowance
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm, alternate Saturdays 9.30am – 1.00pm
