Senior Sales & Lettings Co-Ordinator - Central London
EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a market leading independent estate agency that specialise in the sale and letting of prime properties within the areas of Kensington, Knightsbridge, Holland Park and Mayfair.
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Co-Ordinator to join their friendly and professional team who are renowned for providing a highly personal and exceptional service to all clients.
As the Senior Sales & Lettings Co-Ordinator you will be working across both the Sales and Lettings departments supporting them with administration and various duties. The successful candidate will have solid experience working within Estate Agency Administration and in return we are offering up to £35k salary pa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling all incoming phone calls
• Preparing reports, brochures, and property details
• Uploading & maintaining information on company database, website & associated property portals • Diary management
• Creating postal mail & e-mailouts
• Create property performance reports
• Inputting all new sales and lettings properties / owners into our system ( Veco)
• Preparing, sending offer letters, instruction/valuation letters and sale memorandums
• Requesting AML documents and completing AML compliance
• Property write ups
• Processing Memorandum of Sales and raising Invoices for vendors
• Assisting the Directors with all business-related matters as and when required
• Ad-hoc office duties such as printing, photocopying, filing, posting/receiving mail etc
• Receiving and building relationships with clients, tenants, and applicants
Experience/skills required:
• Must have experience working within Estate Agency Administration
• Must have experience in AML and Lettings Progression
• Excellent communication skills with high level of written and verbal English
• IT proficient
• Organised, proactive approach to work and a can do attitude
Benefits/salary:
• Up to £35k per annum
• Annual bonus
• Working hours: Mon – Friday - Hours 9.30am -6pm
• Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays
