Lettings Manager

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a well-established independent estate agency brand to recruit a Lettings Manager to join their new office covering North West London.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Lettings Manager/Senior Lettings Negotiator to have the opportunity to join a company with amazing staff retention and an excellent brand. This is not a cold start as the company has acquired an existing Lettings business so you would benefit from a managed portfolio of lettings ready to go.

We are looking for a driven and professional individual who has the ability to generate new instructions and loves lettings to help launch this new office and build on the existing business and grow the team.

Duties/responsibilities:
• Lettings Manager
• Dealing with new enquiries, registering applicants and discussing their requirements
• Arranging and accompanying lettings viewings
• Generating valuations and new instructions
• Keeping Landlords updated
• Building relationships with local investors, businesses and landlords to generate business
• Ensuring that all lettings compliance is up to date
• Working closely with a lettings negotiator and Sales Manager to achieve company objectives

Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Lettings Manager/Senior Lettings role is essential
• Must have ARLA training and be fully knowledgeable in all aspects of compliance
• Driving licence and own car
• Professional and proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal English

Package/benefits required:
• Up to £35k basic salary pa.
• Attractive commission structure
• £70k OTE
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Saturdays are by appointment only
• Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays
