Lettings & Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, a thriving independent Estate Agency based in Kensington to recruit an experienced Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join their fast paced department.

As a Lettings & Sales Negotiator in this role you will be dealing with the affluent areas of Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, liaising with tenants, identifying their requirements, conducting property viewings and negotiating terms for new lettings and sales.

This role offers a confident, professional Negotiator the opportunity to earn in excess of £55K on target earnings whilst working in an enjoyable and friendly team environment.

The role:
• Lettings & Sales Negotiator
• Registering new applicants, identifying their requirements and discussing suitable properties
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Discussing feedback with Landlords and vendors
• Negotiating offers to let and for sales
• Working closely with the Co-Ordinator to ensure all documentation is complete for move ins
• Assisting with sales progression through to completion
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and book in valuations
• Ensuring that lettings compliance and regulations are completed
• Working to monthly performance targets

Experience/skills required:
• Experience of working within a Lettings & Sales Negotiator role
• Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
• Experience of working within West London would be beneficial
• Professional, confident and approachable
• Clean driving licence and own car
• Excellent communication skills

Package/Benefits:
• £30k - £35k basic salary per annum
• Generous commission structure
• £55k OTE
