Trainee Negotiator - North West London - £40k OTE

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent Estate Agency based in North West London to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join their successful team dealing with Sales and Lettings.
In this role you will receive full training and be working alongside their professional and friendly Manager and the team.
The ideal candidate will be positive and have lots of energy, enjoy dealing with people and be focused on building a career within property. A driving licence and car is essential for this role.

Role/responsibilities:
• Dealing with new applicant enquiries
• Registering new applicants, discussing their specific requirements
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies and property sales
• Keeping vendors and landlords updated on the marketing of their property
• Working with the team to achieve company objectives
• Offering a high level of customer service

Experience/Skills required:
• Experience in a professional role (ideally in a sales-based customer facing environment)
• Must be confident and polite, easily comfortable in making conversation
• Driving licence and own car
• Naturally positive personality
• Genuinely interested to build a career in property
• Must live within North West London

Package/benefits:
• £18k basic salary pa.
• Plus commissions on sales and lettings (up to 10%)
• Up to £40k OTE pa.
• Monthly car allowance and parking permit
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 6.30pm, Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm, Saturdays 9.30am – 2.00pm
• Holidays : 20 days plus bank holidays
• Full training given
