Temp Role - Property Administrator

This is a Fixed-Term Contract 9-6pm Monday to Friday, full time beginning on the 1st of July to 1st of November.

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a boutique Estate Agency covering Kensington & Chelsea to recruit a a friendly and personable candidate who would like experience in Administrative Support.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to adapt and communicate well with colleagues and clients will ensure success in this multi-faceted role. Experience working within an estate agency would be highly beneficial.

• This role is a Fixed-Term Contact starting on the 1st of July 2024 until the 1st of November 2024 with the opportunity to extend depending on requirements for the business at the end of the fixed term.
• The office is open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
• Duties will include ad-hock tasks and assisting the existing team with drafting documents and general admin support. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be answering calls daily as well as attending property inspections and supporting the advertisement of available properties in the shop window.
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Drafting documents
• General administrative support
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails
• Assisting with viewings as and when required

Offering £25k - £27k salary pa.
