Commercial Property Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our a client, an exciting new property advisory brand dealing with all aspects of Sales, Lettings and Property Management to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Negotiator to join the team.

This role would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Negotiator to start a new department with a view to building a team and becoming the Head of Commercial.

Lucrative package and a guaranteed salary for 6 months whilst you are building.

The role:
• Commercial Negotiator
• Dealing with all commercial enquiries
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating sales and leases
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Networking with businesses, landlords and investors
• Establishing the brand within the commercial sector
• Working closely with the team to maximise opportunities within the business
• Building the department and the team
Experience/skills required:
• Significant experience in Commercial property sales and leases
• Natural ability to establish strong working relationships
• Focused on the delivery of excellent customer service
• Perfect for an ambitious and driven individual building their career
• NFoPP/NAEA/Assoc RICS qualification would be beneficial

Package/hours:
• £30k basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
• Guaranteed salary for 6 months (£50k - £60k pro rata)
• Lucrative Commission Structure – 10% for deals and 10% for listings
• Estimated £60k - £80k OTE
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm (can start/finish 1 hour earlier or later so can work 8-4 or 10-7) Only work one in four Saturdays 9.00am – 1.00pm
• 25 days holiday per annum PLUS bank holidays
• Day off for your partners and children’s birthdays
• £1800 per annum client entertainments budget- £150 Monthly
• Personal brand grown through use of your social media produced by the company’s full time content creator, your page will be owned by you and you keep the content
