Lettings Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, one of London's largest independent Estate Agencies to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their Hampstead based office.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in a Lettings role and be highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities/requirements:

* Registering applicants
* Matching properties to applicants needs
* Conducting viewings
* Negotiating offers and closing deals
* Listing new Properties
* Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants



Experience/skills required:

* Experience as a lettings negotiator
* Focused on offering excellent service to all clients
* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential



Package/benefits:

* £18K - £22K basic salary per annum
* 10% commission on all new lets and renewals
* £35k - £40k On target earnings
* £250 per month car allowance
* Company phone will be provided
* Start date ASAP
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm, every other Saturday
