Lettings Negotiator, North West London

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, an independent estate agency which has been established for over 25 years covering North West London including areas such as NW10, NW6, W9, NW1 and the surrounding areas.

Due to expansion we are recruiting an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful Lettings team. The company has established itself as a reliable no nonsense estate agency business and they are proud to say that their first landlord is still actively instructing them along with many others. clients come back because they are service orientated with a can do attitude.

This role offers the successful candidate a generous £20k- £23k Basic salary plus a lucrative commission structure and the opportunity to earn in excess of £45k on target earnings (realistic).

The role of a Lettings Negotiator:

* Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries via internet marketing, telephone, emails.

* Registering new tenants, discussing their requirements and identifying suitable properties

* Arranging and accompanying property viewings

* Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies with landlord and tenant.

* Identifying opportunities to generate new business

* Keeping landlords up to date with the progress of the marketing of their property

* Working closely with the team to achieve office targets

The Responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator:

* 1 years + experience in a Lettings Negotiator role

* Clean driving licence and own car

* Must be driven and ambitious and have a professional approach

* Confident with good communication skills

The Package/Benefits for a Lettings Negotiator:

* £20k - £23k basic Salary per annum

* Commission: Up to £12,250.00 of banking 10%/ above £12,250 is 15%. (whichever rate your commission is calculated on the whole amount)

* GET PAID ON RENEWALS are calculated at 10%.

* 5% additional commission on your instructions

* £45k + on target earnings

*Opportunity to progress within the company

* Working hours: Mon - Friday 09.00 - 19.00 / Every Other Saturday 10.00 - 16.00
