Lettings Negotiator- Central London - £50k OTE

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving well established Estate Agency with offices based in London and overseas including Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We are recruiting a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their fantastic office located in Prime Central London by the River Thames.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in achieving targets, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced busy environment. This role offers the right candidate earnings comfortably in excess of £50k OTE in year 1.

The role:
• Lettings Negotiator
• Dealing with new enquiries, registering applicants and discussing their specific needs
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Building relationships with landlords and local investors
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Working closely with the Lettings Manager to achieve targets

Experience/skills required:
• Experience in a Lettings role
• Thorough understanding of the lettings regulations
• High standard of written and verbal English
• IT proficient: Microsoft Office
• No driving licence is required

Salary/Benefits:
• £18k - £20k basic salary per annum
• £50k + On target earnings per annum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:30, working 1 in 4 Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00 (receive a full day off in lieu of working a Saturday)
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
