EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving independent estate agency with several offices specialising in Lettings, Property Management and Sales. We are recruiting a Property Manager to join their well established Property Management team and become a key member of the team.
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance, compliance, check ins/check outs, inspections and change of tenancies for a portfolio of approx. 150 properties. The ideal candidate will have approx. two years experience in Property Management, ARLA trained preferably have experience using Vebra software.
The role is available immediately and interviews are taking place now.
Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
Dealing with all aspects of both planned and reactive maintenance
Ensuring that compliance is met (EPCs, Gas Safety Certs, EICRs)
Conducting property inspections
Check ins and check outs
Pre tenancy and end of tenancy cleans
Amendments to tenancies
Chasing rent arrears
Serving section notices
Liaising with the lettings department to minimise void periods
Keeping landlords updated on the progress of their tenancies
General administration in relation to the portfolio
2 years experience in a Property Management role
Experience using Vebra software beneficial
ARLA qualification would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Clean driving licence and own car
Up to £31k salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
