Property Manager- Hybrid - £33k salary pa.

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a thriving well established Estate Agency with offices based in London and overseas including Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We are recruiting a Property Manager to join their fantastic office located in Tower Bridge.
As a Property Manager you will be working within a team dealing with a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring the smooth running day to day.
Interviews are taking place now and this is a fantastic opportunity to earn £33k salary plus commissions.

Role/responsibilities:
• Property Manager
• Dealing with Landlords and tenants queries
• Organising maintenance work
• Arranging quotation for major works
• Dealing with the registration of dilapidations deposit and serving the relevant notices
• Assessing check out reports/inventory and making recommendation to clients
• Dealing with disputes surrounding the return of dilapidations deposits
• Chasing rents and dealing with late payments
• Dealing with section 8 and section 21 Notices
• Conduct routine property inspections and issue report to Landlords

Experience/skills required:
• 3 years experience working within property management
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Well organised and customer service focused

Package/Benefits:
• Starting salary, £33K PA.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to 5PM
