Sales Negotiator

EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly regarded estate agency brand with offices covering London to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join one of their successful West London based offices.
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator who is keen to work with a company where they can have a long-term, lucrative career with opportunities for growth available. Dealing with properties ranging from £400k up to £2m.
This role offers a genuine £40k + OTE in year 1 and the chance to work with a dynamic and forward- thinking team and Directors.

• Sales Negotiator
• Dealing with new sales enquiries, registering new applicants and discussing their requirements
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Dealing with offers, negotiating and agreeing new sales
• Conducting sales progression through to successful completion
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Prospecting for new clients and Sales Valuations
• Working closely with the team to achieve department objectives
• Ensuring that a high level of customer service is achieved
• Obtain ARLA training if not already completed

Experience/skills required:
• Experience working within a Sales Negotiator role, preferably within West London
• Driving licence and own car
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and sales progression
• Must be confident, out going with a positive attitude
• Focused on a career within property
• Ability to deal with a broad spectrum of the public
• Self-motivated

• £20k basic salary per annum / £40k + OTE
• 10% commission on your personal sales
• 5% commission on any instructions you have generated the lead for
• £250 per month car allowance
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm/alternative Saturdays (day off during the week if you work on the Saturday)
