EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly respected professional estate agency based in Maida Vale to recruit a Lettings Administrator to manage a small portfolio of 47 properties and assist with Lettings renewals and administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Lettings administration and be keen to expand their experience into property management, be organised and professional and looking to work in a lovely office environment with a settled and happy team in place.

Property Management - dealing with a portfolio of 47 properties
Assisting the lettings team with completion of new deals; ASTs, AML, EPCs, Gas Safety Certs and EICR, completing the process with docusign
Lettings renewals; negotiating and completing new documents
Dealing with property maintenance, both planned and reactive
Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Offering high levels of customer service
Working closely with another Property Manager
Identifying opportunities to generate new business
18 months experience working in Lettings Administration or estate agency
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Experience using Expert Agent software would be beneficial
Well presented, well organised and personable
Ability to build rapport with clients
No driving licence required
£24k - £26k salary per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
