INVENTORY CLERK/CHECK IN CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Entry level experience/qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
  • Industry recognised qualifications such as ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous

Responsibilities

The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check in consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check in or check out and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the company’s reputation.

Duties include:
  • Inventory
  • Check In
  • Check Out
  • Property Review
  • Pre End of Tenancy Property Review
  • Generating Welcome Packs for the Development/Local Area

Objective

An Inventory & Check in consultant is responsible for the smooth running of the check in and check out process, attention to detail is essential so that the reports are accurate and to prevent any disputes.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft programs
  • Experience in an Estate Agency inventory role is preferred

Salary/Bonus details
  • Basic salary ranges between £18 - £26k per annum
