ACQUISITION CONSULTANT/INVESTMENT AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION

Entry level experience/qualifications

  • Experience in an investments role is essential
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
  • Industry recognised qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

You are responsible for doing all sourcing and market research to find properties/land for investors looking for projects where they can buy at a low rate and renovate/develop properties and sell them on/rent them out to make a profit.

You must do all the homework on the property including the financial side and legal and be able to foresee any complications that may arise and deal with them promptly and efficiently.

You will be the main contact and will normally manage your own portfolio of clients.

Duties include:
  • Researching all investment opportunities and relaying the information back to your clients
  • Managing and maintaining your own personal client portfolio
  • Problem solving and making the whole process as comfortable and smooth for your client as possible

Objective

The objective of this role is to work as the sole representative for your client and assist and advise them of upcoming or new development/investment projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a property investment/acquisitions role is essential
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • A genuine and trustworthy nature is required for this role

Salary/Bonus details
  • Basic salary ranges between £18 - £40k per annum plus commission where OTE can be in excess of £70,000+
